Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage a team of Route Service Sales Representatives (Route Drivers) who clean/sanitize restrooms using our state of the art Sanis Ultra Clean equipment. Responsibilities include hiring and developing assigned Route Service Sales Representatives, as well as managing the overall performance of the team; providing leadership; resolving customer service issues; training Route Service Sales Representatives on sales techniques; driving to visit customers on service calls; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction; achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget; and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Hands-on support of direct reports includes riding on route with Route Service Sales Representatives or alone when necessary; to assist in the cleaning/sanitizing of customer restrooms; kitchens and/or similar ceramic or tiled areas. Route support duties may entail driving a customized company step van to and from customer stops, as well as lifting and carrying the sanitizing equipment into and out of customer accounts.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined below:

  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Preferred

  • Management experience

  • Experience in industrial sales or customer service

  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
