Job Description

Cintas has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is responsible for college recruiting strategies including building relationships with key contacts on university/college campuses to bring qualified candidates on board for the Management Trainee program. In addition, this position is responsible for direct recruiting activities for all Management Trainees within their assigned target schools.


  • Identifying and attracting 20+ Management Trainees annually

  • Identifying 6-10 Advanced Management/Advanced Leadership candidates annually



  • High School diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license

  • 3 years experience in Recruiting and Talent Management

  • Ability to travel up to 60%


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Bilingual
