Cintas Talent Acquisition Director in Mason, Ohio

Achieve all hiring goals per Division supporting, working closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and Division-specific HR & Business leaders for future talent planning.

  • Hire, retain and develop high-impact Coordinator, Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiting Strategy Manager Partners as needed to grow the business through the acquisition of top talent that is retained and promotable.

  • Leverage all Cintas reporting, ATS/CRM platforms, and overall key metric analysis processes to drive ideal outcomes for recruiting and Talent Acquisition overall.

  • Provide continuous alignment to HR and Business leaders within Division supported, as well as with peers and resources across the Talent Acquisition organization.

  • Maximize the impact of Cintas Recruitment Marketing, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Marketing and DEI resources to continuously raise our overall Employment Brand and attractiveness of the organization.

  • Provide strategic level leadership, both within the Division supported as well as across Talent Acquisition, that aligns with the growth and direction of Cintas overall.

Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • 5-7 years experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR or a related field.

  • Experience in recruitment reporting and analysis, as well as managing defined outcomes through KPI and key metric delivery.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of social media & talent outreach platforms and strategies.

Preferred:

  • Experience in SAP product platforms as well as with recruitment Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems preferred.

  • In-depth and proven knowledge and experience in marketing, branding, social media strategies, SEO, SEM, Google analytics, marketing tactic development & segmented messaging preferred.

  • Experience with Affirmative Action Plans
