Cintas Systems Administrator - Level 2 - ITSM in Mason, Ohio

Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Systems Administrator-Level 2-ITSM for the Infrastructure Delivery Team within IT. The Systems Administrator-Level 2 should be experienced in implementing ITSM concepts, integrating CMDBs, and leveraging an ITSM platform across segments of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading initiatives and projects to improve and transform the ITSM platform and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the implementation and implementation of ITSM concepts and best practices across the organization and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Managing the configuration and maintenance of the ITSM platform, including the CMDB and other integrations.

  • Collaborating with other IT leaders to ensure the ITSM platform supports and enhances business processes.

  • Leading projects to improve and transform the ITSM platform, including process improvement, automation, and integration with other systems.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree, preferred

  • Minimum 3 year of experience in ITSM administration, with a focus on implementation and transformation

  • Strong understanding of ITSM best practices, frameworks, and methodologies

  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as Assyst and ServiceNow, including CMDB configuration and integration

  • Experience leading projects to improve and transform ITSM platforms and business processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Preferred:

  • ITIL certification (Foundation, Intermediate, or Expert level)
