Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst. Responsibilities include providing analytical and quantitative support to Global Supply Chain areas to optimize and improve supply chain processes. Support areas may include, but are not limited to: distribution network optimization, inventory optimization, production planning, product costing, etc. Duties will include, but are not limited to: effectively gathering and analyzing data across varioius source systems; providing actionable intelligence and recommendations to senior leadership to leadership to support supply chain improvements and decision making; identifying problems and independently finding and implementing solutions without a structured learning environment; creating and modifying reports that aid in in the decision-making process for Global Supply Chain; monitoring supply chain KPI's and using data-driven analysis methods to identify root cause problems.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Supply Chain related field

  • 1+ year experience in a supply chain role, preferably as a Supply Chain Analyst

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Access, SQL

  • Proficiency with Tableau

  • Strong analytical and organization skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
