Cintas Senior Corporate Counsel in Mason, Ohio

Cintas is seeking Senior Corporate Counsel to provide in-house legal services to the Company with a focus on government contract review, negotiation, and compliance.
Day-to-day responsibilities for the position would include:
Drafting, reviewing, structuring, and negotiating both new and renewed contracts with federal, state, and local government entities
Working directly with customers and internal sales partners to respond to requests for proposal
Collaborating and providing direction and support to sales leadership
Assisting in the training of sales partners on contract terms and conditions
Advising on contract compliance matters, including the identification of opportunities to improve compliance processes, systems, and procedures
Juris Doctorate Degree
Admitted to a state bar
5+ years’ full-time, relevant legal experience
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Valid driver's license
- Experience with, or willingness to learn, proper compliance procedures and industry practices with respect to federal, state, and local government contracts
