Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Functional Analyst-Level 2 to support the SAP CRM area. This SAP Functional Analyst-Level 2 is responsible for: collaborating with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies; demonstrating an informed knowledge of the customer relationship management area to resolve problems on an ongoing basis; supporting several moderately complex business processes; the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client’s business requirements; and working with a team to implement solutions.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED, required; Bachelor’s degree, preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CRM gathering requirements, configuring and customizing

  • Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP CRM

  • Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management

  • Experience managing user requests, inquiries and troubleshooting problems in an Enterprise Systems landscape, and acting as 2nd level support to users

Preferred:

  • Experience working with different areas of CRM together through the integration of SAPs (BW, ECC, SCM ,GW ) and SAP ERP software solutions

  • ABAP experience with ability to debug

  • Experience in SolMan - ChaRM
