Job Description
Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Developer–Level 3 ABAP for the SAP Development team in IT. The SAP Developer–Level 3 is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing subject matter expertise and technical direction; working closely with customers, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree, preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP development experience utilizing SAP NetWeaver and ABAP technologies including any combination of at least five of the following: Workbench, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, ALV Grids, Webdynpro, LSMW, BDCs, SAP Script, Workflow Customization, and SAP forms
Minimum 5 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment
Minimum 3 years of experience of providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role in a medium to large business
Minimum 1 year experience in HANA developing CDS views and AMDP procedures
Experience integrating Hybris and SAP ECC systems
Preferred:
Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components
Experience in SolMan–ChaRM
Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Colorado law. Similar positions located outside of Colorado may not necessarily receive the same compensation.
The base salary generally ranges between __ and is eligible for a target bonus of (X% of base salary or $X). The bonus earned is based on the performance of the location and individual. The range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
