Cintas SAP Developer - Level 2 - ABAP in Mason, Ohio

Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Developer–Level 2 ABAP for the SAP Development team in IT. The SAP Developer–Level 2 is responsible for: working on major projects that may span a broad range of systems, providing technical direction; working closely with customers, and team members to understand the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with the business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and application analysis, design, development, integration, and enhancement, and also involved in complex support issues.
High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree, preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP development experience utilizing SAP NetWeaver and ABAP technologies including any combination of at least three of the following: Workbench, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, ALV Grids, Webdynpro, LSMW, BDCs, SAP Script, Workflow Customization, and SAP forms
Minimum 3 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment
Should be able to work and deliver independently with minimal guidance.
Exposure to HANA
Experience integrating Hybris and SAP ECC systems
Experience in complex SAP environments supporting multiple components
Experience in SolMan–ChaRM
