Cintas Payroll Analyst in Mason, Ohio

Cintas is seeking a Payroll Analyst. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, keeping the Cintas Payroll systems updated in regard to both compliance and business processes by documenting requirements, working with HRIS and testing changes implemented. Other responsibilities include researching and resolving escalated payroll issues; managing the occupational and employment tax processes which includes all tax filings; assisting with weekly payroll verification and managing third party vendors for assigned areas; assisting Accounting with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations; providing support by producing payroll reports.
2+ years' payroll experience
Attention to detail
Customer service and support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
SAP Payroll system experience
Payroll tax experience
