Job Description

The IT SAP Test Analyst-STC (Service to Cash) is responsible for: managing quality and testing for enterprise level process execution; understanding the Quality governance model and Quality team’s role at various check points; managing quality and performing verification and validation tasks across legacy and SAP; certifying and assuring quality of new and modified systems; communicating and managing tasks for onshore/offshore testing teams; verifying conformance to user requirements as well as established guidelines; communicating and coordinating results with impacted departments and providing statistical analysis of results; ensuring adherence to performance criteria for business impacting applications.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 years of SAP CRM service and SD experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with various forms of SAP manual testing (Unit, Functional, Integration, Regression, UAT and Hyper care support)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with business processes like Service Order, Service Confirmation, Service Contracts, Maintaining Install Bases, and CRM Interaction Center

  • Minimum 3 years of experience setting up key SAP Master Data elements like Customer Master or Pricing

  • Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and testing SAP Hybris business processes

  • Minimum 2 years of onsite, customer facing SAP experience working with functional consultants and business owners to understand functional requirements and to devise appropriate test scenarios

  • Minimum 2 years of experience presenting technical and business issues and delivering and recommending solutions to all levels of management (for instance at the full professional proficiency level)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience independently devising test strategies for SAP implementation/maintenance projects

  • Minimum 2 years of experience testing interfaces from Legacy to SAP integration, CRM-ECC Middleware setup and PI integration scenarios

  • 2 years of experience working with Service Order Processing using Mobile, Mobility integration (SMP 2.3), Pricing Set Up, Service contract processing, Service Request Management, Activity Management, and Business Rule

  • Minimum 2 years of experience using HP QC/ALM

Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
