Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Payroll Lead for the HRIS team. The HRIS Payroll Lead is responsible for leading a group of internal and external SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Payroll Business Analysts and Workforce Software Business Analysts. This role will partner with the payroll and HR business leads to ensure that all projects, technical enhancements, and incidents are properly prioritized, documented, designed, tested and implemented ensuring the highest level of quality. This position supports highly complex business processes, requiring the design or integration of solutions that cross multiple functions of the business. The HRIS Payroll Lead ensures solution design approach, by all team members, is in alignment with the Cintas standard approach and ensures solution designs result in sustainable processes necessary to support high quality weekly payroll in US and Canada.
Skills/Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical and functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members with proven success.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects and/or managing tasks and deadlines for a functional team.
Configuration experience with SAP Payroll, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), or other HR cloud payroll solutions.
Preferred:
Strong consulting and communication skills to provide recommendations and options to meet business needs.
Must be able to see the big picture to create solutions yet drill down to manage the details.
Requires project management skills to define project schedules and lead others to meet key milestones and dates.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills with both technical and business resources.
Ability to lead with influence and assist team members with decision-making and conflict resolution.
