Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Fleet Sustainability Coordinator to act as one of the company's subject matter experts on Alternative Fuel Vehicles and will serve as a point person on matters relating to the investigation, development, prototyping, evaluation, deployment and management of sustainable fleet technology. This includes ensuring the technical capabilities of the vehicles meet the operational needs of the business, as well as evaluating and helping to implement the required infrastructure to operationalize sustainable fleet equipment. Advise and manage budgets and assist with grant writing. Work with various intracompany departments such as ESG, Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Marketing and Communications to ensure program awareness and participation are at desired levels.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in environmental science, business, public administration, disciplinary science or a related field (or a combination of education, training or experience that provides the equivalent background required)
Two or more years of experience in fleet management (including budgeting & financials), project management or equivalent required
Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel required
Proficient in public speaking & communications
Experience in reviewing and/or developing policy
