Cintas Customer Service Manager - Distribution Division in Mason, Ohio

Job Description

Cintas is seeking for a Distribution Division Customer Service Manager to provide consistent high quality customer service support and an effective goodwill to the Rental Division. Be proficient in all functions/systems of Distribution customer service, including but not limited to computer systems, policies regarding order placement, and phone equipment. Handle customers' issues expediently and develop a relationship with all contact personnel and management at rental locations to solidify the business relationship. Work closely with customers and Distribution customer service staff to develop better methods to continually improve quality and service for the Rental Division.



  • Minimum of 2 years management experience

  • Travel, including overnights

  • Knowledge of and experience using Internet and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 2 years Supply Chain experience

  • 2 or more years customer service/call center experience

  • SAP experience


High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
