Cintas Compliance Specialist - First Aid and Safety in Mason, Ohio

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Compliance Specialist to oversee and analyze the regulatory requirements for the Global Supply Chain (GSC) in government regulated programs that affect applicable Cintas activities. Responsibilities include assisting with training of employee-partners and suppliers with proper and functional engagement of the Cintas Quality Management Systems (QMS); contributing to the development of effective compliance programs; examining, monitoring and providing evaluation of all relevant legal and regulatory requirements/changes; advising the legal team and Director of Internal Audits on maintaining such; implementation of due diligence of our third-party risk management providers.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor of Science Degree

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Outlook), database systems and intranet/internet

  • Experience and knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Regulations (FDS, Health Canada, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience in managing Health Canada/FDA Inspection Corrective Actions and/or related regulatory concerns

  • Strong investigative and database research skills, including knowledge of industry databases/tools

  • Strong writing, analytical and communication skills
