Cintas Business Process Specialist in Mason, Ohio

Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for a Business Process Specialist (BPS) in the area of Reporting for the COE organization. The BPS is responsible for advising, training and developing end users to enable successful use of systems and business processes. The BPS should possess skills in the areas of strong problem solving, process improvement and communication skills. The BPS will be required to be available to travel up to 10% of the time.



  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s Degree, preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of Business, Customer Facing, Customer Service, Sales or Systems Support experience

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Strong problem solving, process improvement and communication skills


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Working knowledge of reporting analytics software: Business Objects, BW

  • Experience using SAP
