Cintas is seeking a Recruiter to manage regional recruiting initiatives. Candidate does not have to reside in London, Ontario to be considered for the role, however, they must be in travelling distance to one of our many locations. Responsibilities include developing, implementing and managing a recruitment strategy by partnering with leadership to ensure effectiveness, consistency and compliance; establishing and continually building relationships with colleges, universities and other organizations to identify talent sources for the region; attending job fairs, conferences and other recruiting events; managing job postings; managing candidates in the staffing system; and conducting interviews.
3+ years' experience in hiring, staffing and recruiting for management trainees, high-potential candidates and management-level positions
5+ years' experience in relationship development and program management
Ability to travel up to 30%, including overnight
Valid driver's license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
