Job Description
Cintas is seeking a dynamic, innovative, driven Ergo Safety Intern to contribute to our award-winning ergonomics system. The 4-month internship is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge and to gain exposure across all areas of our business, as well as the professional services industry. The Intern experience combines hands-on training with the opportunity to interact with multiple departments in order to develop stronger leadership, organization, communication and time management skills. The job duties will include collaboratively developing industrial human performance and ergonomics training information to help Cintas partner-employees perform their work tasks more effectively and safely. Duration of internship is late April to late August. Start and end dates are negotiable prior to start of internship.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in ergonomics or a related filed such as Kinesiology or Human Performance
Preferred
• Coursework in ergonomics, work / exercise physiology, biomechanics, motor learning, human performance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook) and intranet/internet
