Cintas Regional Training and Compliance Manager in Houston, Texas

Cintas is seeking a Regional Training and Compliance Manager. This position requires the ability to lead our Training & Compliance team to sell and instruct training courses including OSHA, First Aid / CPR /AED and other safety topics. Responsibilities include training and leading a team of Health & Safety Specialists and Training Coordinators to ensure the sales, growth and customer satisfaction within an assigned region is being met. The position requires extensive travel and the ability to work with assigned operation and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth expectations for the Training and Compliance business are met.


  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience in recruiting, hiring and training

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred


  • Sales management experience

  • 2-5 years' outside sales experience

  • New business-to business account development experience

  • Industrial sales experience

  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
