Cintas Sales Administrator in Henderson, Nevada

Cintas is seeking a Sales Administrator to assist Sales Directors in the day-to-day planning, organizing and managing of the sales team. Responsibilities include working both independently and as part of a large remote sales and operations team; researching and solving problems; assisting in developing and maintaining yearly budgetary plans; reviewing monthly trial balances; preparing and reviewing expense reports for proper coding according to policy guidelines; coding invoices and processing for payment; preparing travel arrangements for Sales Directors; maintaining calendars; creating reports in Excel; and creating PowerPoint presentations for Sales Directors.
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 5 years' administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet
Experience assisting in creating and maintaining budgets, reviewing and tracking financial data against a budget, processing expense reports, researching and resolving problems, making travel arrangements, maintaining calendars, creating PowerPoint presentations and creating reports in Excel
