Cintas Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician in Fort Myers, Florida

Cintas is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Fire Service Technician to provide outstanding customer service to both our internal partners and our customers through various activities using knowledge of Alarm Systems or Sprinkler Systems. Responsibilities include answering customer calls; data entry; assisting in account reconciliation; preparing reports and invoices; processing new accounts and orders; and miscellaneous projects.
Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service, including answering phones and transferring calls
Accurate typing and 10 key pad skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
High School Diploma/GED
Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes
5 years' Fire Suppression Systems experience
NICET and other Fire Certifications
