Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Fire Permit Coordinator. Responsibilities include the oversight and maintenance of the Customer Service central repository of knowledge; working with internal departments to ensure that our customer account information is complete, accurate and current to facilitate a seamless experience for our customers; managing order reporting to ensure all orders are processed timely and accurately; working with appropriate departments to resolve delinquent orders; evaluating, prioritizing and scheduling outbound calling projects for the department.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Note) and intranet/internet

  • 4 years' customer service experience

  • Experience collaborating with internal employees across departments and externally with customers

  • Experience analyzing data and suggesting solutions

  • Experience communicating verbally and in writing with employees and customers at all levels of an organization
