Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative and scheduling support to Recruiters, Recruiting Strategy Managers, and Hiring Managers while creating a seamless hiring experience for all candidates who have applied for a position within their jurisdiction. The partner selected for this position will communicate candidate interview availability to our hiring managers in the field and maintain two-way communications, as necessary, between candidate and hiring manager until the candidate is hired or not selected. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will frequently review location workforce plans with their Recruiting Strategy Manager, and conduct screening interviews and source candidates as needed to support hiring efforts.



  • Valid driver's license

  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field preferred


  • Experience in an industrial/service environment

  • Experience in human resources including; compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training

  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
