Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Regional Reliability Engineer to assist Corporate Quality and Engineering in overseeing long range capacity planning for assigned locations. Assume the role of technical and Reliability leader and direct execution of Reliability initiatives within assigned locations. Stay abreast of new technical and equipment developments, develop new ideas to improve quality, cost, productivity, housekeeping, safety, and environmental compliance. Assume the leading role for new plant start-up training, and assume a major role for new building construction projects, renovations, new branches, and expansions. Mentors Engineers I’s. Interaction and alignment of objectives and activities with the Group VP and on occasion the SVP, working through the Engineering Director for guidance, input, and presentation.



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering operations

  • Ability to travel 60-70% of the time


  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or minimum 5 years' experience performing tasks such as land searches, land acquisition, developing building and process flow layouts, managing construction projects, managing process equipment installations and monitoring associated costs and budgets; or 2 years' relevant experience in Cintas engineering environment as a Construction Engineer I with good performance.

  • Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project

  • Experience in Cintas operations environment
