Job Description
Cintas is seeking an Operational Excellence Production Process Specialist to oversee all Groups within a respective Rental Territory regarding Production Process Improvements and Quality Administration. This role can work from any location and will work with the Production Directors to manage and improve production results including, but not limited to, all aspects of Overall Operational Effectiveness, throughput efficiencies (including, but not limited to, Washer Turn & Run Efficiency, Soil Weight Accuracy, Dryer Efficiency, Load Factor evaluation/implementation, Batching Solutions, Staffing and Wash Process Scheduling), and Customer Quality Assurance through evaluation of operational challenges using a Six Sigma approach and providing solutions to the field.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of Cintas Plant Manager experience or 5 years of outside senior management experience in production operations (with supervisory/manager direct reports)
Knowledge of all Cintas production positions and processes
Cintas Six Sigma Blackbelt experience or outside organization equivalent (i.e. Operational Excellence Discipline, Six Sigma Blackbelt, Certified Project Manager, Project Management Professional, etc.)
Direct support of Executive Leadership at staff level with positive results
Matrix Leadership of both staff level and line level individuals (not direct reports)
