Cintas Accounts Payable Representative in Albany, Georgia

Job Description

Cintas is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk. Payments will be processed using the SAP or AS400 computer system. In addition, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible to ensure that all invoices are properly coded, using the chart of accounts; charge expenses to the appropriate GL codes and cost centers; verify vendor accounts; disburse petty cash; set up new vendors when needed and manage the purchase order process, provided by policy.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience

  • Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Requires strong analytical skills, including 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and research/resolution of issues

  • Prior experience and knowledge of AS400 system

Preferred

  • Previous billing experience

  • Additional PC skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook),

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
