Cintas is looking for a Program Manager to serve as liaison between Cintas customers, sales, and all business units. The Program Manager will conduct business relations with customers in accordance with established policies and processes, ensuring accurate/timely shipping and handling, and overall administration of account programs. Program Managers are also responsible for achieving department goals and performance management, including increasing sales over prior fiscal year, improving profitability and customer satisfaction.
• High School diploma/GED; preferred Bachelors degree
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel 5-15% in United States or Canada, including overnight stays
• Minimum 3 years account management or project management experience
• Prior experience in confirming customer requirements and internal coordination of processes to meet or exceed customer expectations, networking, presenting solutions, and achieving sales projections required
• Developing and executing a sales/marketing plan preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Corporate e-mail, Internet); Access preferred
