Cintas Operations Manager in San Jose, California
Cintas is currently seeking an Operations Manager, to manage the location's operations while implementing appropriate Cintas policies and procedures. Leads Front-line Managers supporting the General Manager. Responsibilities for the Operations Manager include hiring and developing the team, as well as managing the overall performance. The position is also responsible for providing leadership to the team, dealing with customer service issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, achieving goals, maintaining inventory, managing a budget, and dealing with operational issues that affect service. Will also establish immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives. Will train new team members on company safety policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations, and emphasizing a culture of safety.
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), required
• Minimum 2 years previous management experience
• Minimum 1 years of previous customer service experience
• Valid Driver's License required
