Cintas is currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative to prepare and distribute repair proposals for fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, pre-engineered & engineered fire suppression systems. Respond to customer requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations directly from customers. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.Monitor and follow up on current and past due orders to provide accurate and timely responses to the customers.
• 1-3 years of sales or telemarketing experience is preferred
• High School diploma/ GED required, college degree preferred
• Business to business, industrial and/or outside sales experience is preferred
• Cold calling experience is preferred
