Cintas is currently looking for a Facility Services Operations Manager ito profitably grow and maintain all of our Facility Service Business within a designated market. Responsibilities include leading and managing the overall sales and operations of our Facility Service Business in order to meet company targets for retention, growth, profitability and overall customer satisfaction; directing all Facility Service partners by proper utilization of sound management practices and administration of Cintas policies and procedures in order to achieve defined goals.
• A valid driver's license
• Expected travel approximately 5% of the time, including possible overnight travel
• 3-5 years performance driven management and/or sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferred
• Prior management experience in a service environment, preferred
