Cintas is currently looking for a Support Specialist-Level 1-Registration Desk for the User Registration Team within IT. The Support Specialist is responsible for: providing support and service for technical area of responsibility; identifying, prioritizing, and determining resolutions to reported problems with a focus on elimination of calls and known issues; assisting with troubleshooting complex issues; act as second level support to the Cintas Service Desk for technical areas to which they are assigned; maintaining documentation; working with applications team to ensure proper Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are identified, tested, documented, and agreed upon; planning and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines while multi-tasking and tracking status on several efforts at once; and focusing strongly on customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent

*Minimum 1 year of experience supporting end users

*Minimum 1 year of experience working with Active Directory

*Experience with AS400 user provisioning, preferred

*Experience with Courion, preferred

*Experience with SQL queries, preferred

*Experience in a call center environment for a large organization, preferred

*Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, preferred
