Job Description:

The SAP Development Lead is responsible for the overall quality of the SAP environment. Ensure SAP development initiatives are successfully completed in line with Cintas' strategic initiatives and deadlines. Oversee the internal and external team members' activities in development related work, establish and ensure adherence to development standards, processes and procedures. Provide strategic guidance and sign off on proposed changes to the SAP environment. Limited telecommuting within commutable distance of worksite permitted pursuant to company hybrid work policy.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or Technical related field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience utilizing SAP NetWeaver and ABAP technologies such as Workbench, DDIC object, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOCs, ALV Grids, Webdynpro, LSMW, BDCs, SAP Script, Workflow, Smart forms, and/or Adobe Forms.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP architecture, design, and development to enable review of the development team's work and guidance.

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP development experience, producing achievable designs that meet business needs and are aligned to the overall technology strategy and architecture.

  • Minimum 5 years of entire Software Development Life Cycle experience, delivering functionality on time, on budget and to meet business needs.

  • Minimum 5 years of planning and organizational skills, including ability to engage with multiple development projects concurrently and working to tight deadlines.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP Service Marketplace, Notes and Messages.

  • Minimum 3 years of team lead experience leading a development team with proven success on multiple enterprise-wide software development projects with support and delivery in a production support role.

  • Minimum 1 year of process improvement experience for operational support systems.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including managers, directors and executives.

Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently.
