Cintas is currently looking for an SAP Account Coordinator to manage and perform the process of account creation and maintenance for the First Aid & Safety Division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with National Accounts, Regional AR Center, and field locations to ensure data accuracy, timeliness of data input, and increase customer satisfaction through improved billing accuracy. The SAP Account Coordinator will engage in activities to include: new account setup, update account information, enter corrections for existing accounts, auditing customer account data, and interaction with Cintas customers. The SAP Account Coordinator will interact with a wide variety of groups within Cintas and will work on special projects that contribute to the overall success of the support services team. The SAP Account Coordinator duties include customer service, data entry, use of SAP software, and use of internal software systems.
• High School diploma or GED required
• One year of data entry experience required
• Knowledge of SAP software or experience using SAP preferred
• Knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
