Cintas is currently looking for a Payroll/Time and Labor Analyst. Responsibilities include resolving escalated payroll issues; submitting and validating on demand check requests; processing returned checks; assisting with weekly payroll verification; reviewing and distributing garnishment orders to third party vendor; assisting with facilitation of acquisitions and transitions; assisting Accounting with month-end closing activities; producing payroll reports; responding to requests for earnings and employment data from worker’s compensation and subpoenas; and monitoring and reviewing payroll policies for accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year Payroll processing experience

• Prior data entry experience

• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
