The Cintas Marketing division is looking for a qualified candidate to become a Customer Analytics Consultant. You will design and lead program management of advanced customer analytics solutions within one or more business units. Independently identifying business trends, forming hypotheses, exploring and profiling data, drawing business inferences, designing and completing analyses using statistical modeling tools/techniques and planning and conducting presentations and discussions that impact business drivers and influence partners and leaders across the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (Major Duties and Responsibilities)
Serve as a customer analytics extension of the business unit(s) that are supported. Obtain in depth knowledge of business unit products, services, and processes. Attend business unit-leadership meetings and promote new customer-analytics opportunities.
Utilize modern analytical tools to analyze customer data to identify k-fil' trends and findings_ to guide business decisions. Leverage these same tools to answer pertinent business questions and requests.
Presentation of Analytics Findings
Transform -analysis-and the resulting insights into clear .recommendations to advance our enterprise customer analytics solutions and guide decision making with Senior Business Leadership.
Business Readiness Assesment
Conduct due diligence concerning business implications of planned solutions.
Manages, delivers, and recommends reporting/analytics projects prioritizat ion and planning efforts.
Cross Functional Team
Contribute as an influencing partner of a cross functional team to implement, test and deploy the approved repocting analytics solution in response to the business needs.
Identify Analytics Improvement Opportunities
Actively identify and lead reporting/analytics improvement opportunities and provide proactive, consultative-strategi c solutions.
Transform analysis and insights into clear recommendations and assist in advancing enterprise customer analytics solutions
Identify Business Trends
Independent ly identify business trend form hypotheses, explo.re andprofile data, draw business inferences, design and complete-analysis using statistical modeling tools/techniques
Analytics Program Management
Design and lead program management of analytics solutions within one or more business units. Leverage advanced analytics methodologies to deliver results.
Bachelor’s degree, required. Major in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing or a related quantitive field preferred.
SQL Programming - Expert level SQL skills (preferred)
Data Integration - 2+ years of experience resourcing, scraping, and integrating 3rd party data to drive enhanced business insights (preferred)
Machine Learning - 2+ years of applied machine learning experience (preferred)
Big Data - Advanced skills in Big Data analysis, using Hadoop, SAP HANA, or equivalent data engines (preferred)
Analytics Modeling - 2+ years of experience designing analytics models, containing appropriate pre-packaged (or coded) statisticalfunctions with an eye toward reusability, agile deliverables, and multi-purposed application (preferred)
