Cintas is currently looking for a Sales Representative to focus on selling industrial footwear to new and existing customers. Cintas offers an array of footwear, to include slip resistant boots, steel tipped boots and other safety regulated footwear for industrial environments. Selected individual will generate new business by driving to meet with prospective customers to provide footwear that will meet the needs of their business and employees.

Responsibilities involve prospecting (through cold calling in person and over the phone) within a designated territory based on number of potential prospects. Other duties include phone blocking to contact existing and prospective customers, and mailing out seed letters and sample products to attract customer interest. In addition, Sales Rep will drive a customized "Boot Mobile" vehicle, which is designed to showcase Cintas' comprehensive industrial footwear line of products.

Cintas provides a training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the DOT for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver’s license

• Be at least 21 years of age

• Obtain a DOT medical certification

• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.

• A four-year college degree, preferred

• 1-3 years outside sales experience, preferred

• New "business to business" account development experience, preferred

• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, preferred
