Cintas Managed Solutions is currently seeking After Hours Customer Service Representatives for our Emergency Repair Group. This position will be responsible for delivering world class service to our customers while working out of a home office. Our After Hours CSR's are responsible for entering, dispatching and follow up on emergency, same day, and routine service calls. This position will assume the role of a customer advocate with an upbeat sense of urgency and customer concern. You will follow service department procedures, referring to internal policies and requirements. The position will be required to escalate any customer related issues to the Team Service Managers, as necessary. Must type accurately 45 words per minute, required. Computer literate, required. Microsoft Excel preferred. Microsoft Word, required. All equipment and connectivity costs are covered by Cintas Managed Solutions, Emergency Repair Group. At-home workers must be located on Long Island, (Nassau/Suffolk County) New York. Emergency Repair Group is located in Great River (East Islip), New York

After Hour Shifts:

Weekend Shifts from 5:30 pm Friday to 8:00 am Monday

Weekday Shifts from 5:30 pm to 8:00 am Monday - Thursday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

• Accurately type a minimum of 45 words per minute, required

• Previous experience with customer service, including inbound and outbound calling, required.

• Experience with data entry and proof reading and editing documents, preferred.

• Microsoft Excel, preferred; Microsoft Word, required.

• Experience with data entry. proof reading and editing documents, preferred

• Ability to work after hours; weekends, and holidays, required.
