Cintas Accounts Receivable Audit Specialist/Trainer in Irving, Texas
Accounts Receivable Audit Specialist/Trainer-10195647
Cintas is currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Audit Specialist/Trainer to support our Accounts Receivable department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, training new and existing Cash Applications partners to achieve desired productivity results; serving as the main point of contact for location issues; reconciling, posting and applying a high volume of payments received via lock boxes and other means; managing the application of payments according to payment advice; identifying and reporting posting issues; reconciling batches to deposit records; maintaining detailed transaction information; printing and auditing daily lock box reports; and supporting collection efforts through written communication.
• High School Diploma or GED required, accounting course work helpful.
• Minimum two years data entry experience
• Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day at a work station including long periods reviewing documents and using computer equipment.
• Proficient in computer software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Ability to work overtime and/or Saturdays when required due to business demand
