Cintas is currently seeking a Training & Compliance Manager within our First Aid and Safety Division. This position requires the ability to lead our Training & Compliance team to sell and instruct training courses including OSHA, First Aid / CPR /AED, and other safety topics. Job duties include training and leading a team of Health & Safety Specialists and Training Coordinators to ensure the sales, growth, and customer satisfaction within assigned region is being met. The position requires extensive travel and the ability to work with assigned operation and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth expectations for the Training and Compliaince business are met.
• Valid driver's license
• High School Diploma/ GED
• At least 2 years experience in training, teaching or facilitating required
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Familiarity with safety products and requirements
• Business to business, industrial and/or outside sales experience is preferred
