Cintas is currently looking for a Regional Director of Sales. Responsibilities include achieving goals in the areas of new business generation for all business lines, profitability, and customer satisfaction; establishing projections; facilitating cross-sell opportunities; maintaining a relationship with the top customer/prospects in the market; and managing and developing sales staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience recruiting, managing, and developing a team of sales professionals

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet/Intranet) required; and Contact Management System experience preferred.

• Willing to travel 30%-60% of the time, including some overnight travel

• Valid Driver's License

• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors degree preferred
