As a member of the Fire National Accounts group, this partner will manage a team of Affiliate Relations Administrators and Affiliate Service Representatives in their assigned geographical region. The Affiliate Relations Admnistrators are responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with Affiliates, securing a robust Affiliate network. The Affiliate Service Representatives are responsible for driving on-time service delivery to our customers.

Example of duties (not all includisve) will include contract negotiation and approval in designated region. Terms of negotiation to include, but not limited to, pricing for maximization of margins and service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.. Will oversee effective Affiliate relations and support, as well as quality assurance to ensure we conitnue to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. Will provide training to ensure adequate workloads are being performed and metrics are exceeded and maintained. Will work in synch with customer-facing Team Service Managers and Account Specialists to ensure proper support and consistent service levels for all service types. Wil develop business case solutions to obtain the resources required to fulfull established customer service levels for work orders and surveys. Will establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives.


• High school diploma, college degree preferred

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a business environment preferred

• Business acumen: abitlity to understand, review and communicate business requirements

• Technical acumen: ability to understand contracts, contract legal language, pricing tiers and fire industry terminology and requirements

• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Adobe Acrobat, database and Visio. High intermediate to advanced Excel capabilities preferred.
