Sales Representative - New Product Development-10204069
Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative - New Product Development focused on new business to business account development for a new product line. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. This role requires ongoing communication leadership as the business and product line are in a pilot stage. Ongoing adjustments to the sales process are to be expected. Exceptional business maturity and entrepreneurial attitude are required.
The position is responsible for establishing and remaining strong customer relationships within existing clients. This Sales position is responsible for providing an open channel of communication at multiple levels. Encourage customer loyalty, complete quotes, informational training and close sales while functioning as a liaison between the customer and the operational staff. Their responsibility is to promote, support, train & educate our clients whiles maintaining a professional relationship.
-Generating revenue and meeting sales targets.
-Developing and qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
-Gathering and utilizing business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls, product presentations and driving new business..
-Valid Driver's License
-High School diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
-Minimum 2 years outside sales experience required, 2 or more years, preferred
-New business to business (B2B) sales experience, required
"Hunter" sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated
-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet) and Contact Management Systems required
