Cintas is currently looking for a Market Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Reps who are focused on new business to business account development in our Uniform Rental and Facility Services Rental divisions. Selected individual will focus on increasing a location's overall sales of industrial uniforms, floor mats, and restroom ancillary supply services to new business customers in a designated service area. Duties include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Reps to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Market Sales Manager will also drive to customers in order to conduct Goodwill visits. The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field driving and riding with Sales Reps and developing new business customer accounts.


• A four year college degree or equivalent work experience

• A valid driver's license

• Previous sales management experience, preferred

• 2-5 years outside sales experience with an emphasis on "new" business to business account development, preferred

• Industrial sales background, preferred

• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted, preferred
